Principle and structure
1. The grinding room achieves a real drop-type; An unique air intake way to prevent circulation during the grinding process; A "U-type" secondary beating groove is set up at the bottom of the grinding room to greatly increase the output; A quick full-wide operation door and an elastic pressing screen; Convenient to repair and exchange the screen.
2. It adopts import "NSK" bearings to ensure the life-span; The nylon rod type coupler directly transmits; Big compensating displacement to effectively prevent the bearings from getting hot.
3. The rotor, through precise dynamic balance detection, ensures steadier running, lower noise and better properties.
4. The feed port is on the top of the grinder and can be matched with various feeding structures.
5. Through adjustment, it can serve many purposes, e. G., to perform crude grinding, minute grinding and micro-minute grinding.
6. It is applied to high-end livestock and poultry, aquatic feed, and alcohol plants and lemon plants.

After sale service
1. We will send our technician to the site for guiding equipment installation and commissioning.
2. During the installation and commissioning, we offer operator training service.
3. The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning. And after that, we will collect the cost if provide repairing for your equipment.
4. Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).
5. We offer the components with favorable price and perdurable maintenance.
6. If equipment repairing is needed after quality assurance date is expired, we will collect maintenance cost.
